"Poor packaging, disappointed"
Box showed up crushed and barely taped shut. Items were loose inside and ended up scuffed. For the price, I expected much better packing.

"Kinda pricey for what it is"
I don’t know, it just didn’t really feel worth it to me. The prices on uspatriotarmory.com seemed higher than a few other places I looked at, and I was kind of expecting better deals or, you know, something that made the price feel justified. In the end, I felt like I probably overpaid. I’d definitely shop around before buying from here again.

"Decent site, but the stock info was wrong"
The site was easy enough to use and I liked that the item looked like it was available, so I went ahead and placed my order. Unfortunately, a few days later I was told it wasn’t actually in stock, which was frustrating because I could’ve bought it somewhere else in the meantime. I do think this could be a good store if they keep their inventory updated more accurately, but I’d be hesitant to order again until that’s fixed

"Wish I hadn’t gone through with this return"
I sent it back thinking the refund would be straightforward, but I’m still waiting and it’s been such a hassle. i regret ordering it in the first place because the return process has been nothing but a headache.

"Checkout was more hassle than it needed to be"
I tried placing an order and the checkout was kind of a pain. The pages were loading slowly, and every time I changed the shipping option, my cart would refresh and jump back to the top. Maybe their site was having a rough day or something, but it got annoying fast.

I also didn’t love that the full total with all the fees didn’t really show up until near the end. It made me feel like things were being added on gradually, even if that wasn’t actually the case. My card also got declined once, even though my bank showed everything was fine, so I’m guessing it might’ve been some issue on their payment system.
I did eventually get the order through, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it took way longer than it should have. The whole process just felt clunky and a bit outdated. They probably need to take a closer look at the checkout flow because it made a simple order feel like work.

I ordered from uspatriotarmory.com the delivery was frustrating. The expected date came and went with no real update, so I kept having to check on it myself. Annoying.

I understand delays can happen, but the lack of clear communication made the whole thing worse. Disappointing. Not really an experience I’d want to repeat.

"I’ll admit I’m impatient when it comes..."
I’ll admit I’m impatient when it comes to customer support, but this really got on my nerves. I reached out a few times and barely heard anything back. When someone finally did respond, it didn’t really answer what I needed. I was only asking for a simple update, so feeling ignored made the whole thing frustrating.

"I had an issue that should’ve been..."
I had an issue that should’ve been covered under warranty, but getting help was just one big circle. Every time I reached out, it felt like I was being passed around or given vague answers instead of an actual fix. it started to feel like they cared more about avoiding the cost than taking care of the customer.

"Wrong stuff in the box and a lot of empty-sounding replies"
I ordered a few items and when the box showed up, it was just wrong. One thing was missing completely, and another item wasn’t even what I chose. I know mistakes happen, but packing the right products seems like the bare minimum. Then I had to waste time emailing back and forth instead of actually using what I paid for. The replies had that polished customer service wording that sounds nice but doesn’t really fix much. Frustrating, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"kind of a pain on my Phone"
I tried using the site on my phone and it was frustrating. The filters kept resetting on me, the checkout pages were loading really slow, and after giving it two tries I just gave up. not a great mobile experience.

"Shipping took forever and updates were unclear"
My order took way longer to ship than I expected, and the whole time I felt like I had no idea what was supposed to happen next. I kept checking for updates because nothing was really clear, which got frustrating. Not the best first experience, and I probably won’t order again.

"Had to Keep Chasing for Updates"
I placed my order and figured I’d hear something soon. At first I was relaxed about it, but then... nope, barely anything. I had to keep reaching out just to find out what was going on, and when they did reply, it was slow and not really helpful. it got annoying fast.

I was kind of let down by the selection, honestly. A bunch of the stuff I was looking for didn’t seem to be there, or at least I couldn’t find it, so I ended up browsing around on other sites instead.
